HOW QURYOS WORKS

QURYOS is operated by QURYOS MEDIA in Nigeria.

All questions, payment issues and participation enquiries should be sent through the official QURYOS Instagram account.

QURYOS offers free games on the Instagram feed and a separate paid members’ game delivered through Instagram DM.

Anyone may play the games posted publicly on the QURYOS feed. Finding answers, commenting or completing a free game does not earn Q-POINTS™.

Eligible free posts may also be shared as part of the weekly QURYWARDS™ programme which rewards verified sharing activity.

The paid QURYOS+ may include members-only games, STREAKS, badges, levels, personal records, bonus challenges and other player-progression features.

Paid membership is for entertainment and access to the QURYOS game experience only. Paid games do not offer cash prizes, airtime rewards or any financial return.

ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old to access QURYOS+ or participate in QURYWARDS™.

QURYWARDS™ is available only to participants located in Nigeria with a valid Nigerian mobile number on a supported mobile network.

QURYOS+ membership may be purchased from outside Nigeria where payment is supported, but membership does not provide access to QURYWARDS™ which is open only to Nigerian residents.

QURYOS may request reasonable information needed to confirm age, location, account ownership or eligibility where necessary.

FREE FEED GAMES

Games published on the QURYOS Instagram feed are free to play.

No payment is required to view a free game, solve it, comment an answer or participate publicly.

Comments may trigger an automated QURYOS DM containing game information, membership options or QURYWARDS™.

Commenting, finding words, submitting correct answers, liking a post or completing a free game does not earn or qualify a player to receive ANY rewards.

Free feed games do not include paid-member STREAKS, badges, levels or saved player records.

PAID GAME ACCESS

Access to QURYOS+ requires payment through an official QURYOS payment link.

Paid access begins after payment has been confirmed and remains active for the access period stated at the time of purchase.

When the access period expires, members must renew before continuing to use paid games or member-only features.

QURYOS+ access is personal to the purchasing player and must not be transferred, shared, resold or used across multiple unauthorised accounts.

Payment for QURYOS+ does not qualify a member for QURYWARDS™, improve eligibility or provide any opportunity to win ANY rewards.

QURYOS will never request passwords, OTPs, BVN, PINs, account login details or other sensitive financial information through Instagram DM.

QURYWARDS™

QURYWARDS™ is a loyalty programme for people who share eligible QURYOS posts.

It is separate from free-game answers, comments, paid membership, paid-game scores, STREAKS, badges and player records.

Only posts expressly marked or identified by QURYOS as QURYWARDS™ eligible will count.

To earn a daily Q-POINT, a participant must:

Share the eligible QURYOS post to their Instagram Story.

Tag the official QURYOS Instagram account in the Story.

Leave the Story available for the normal 24-hour period.

Complete the required Share Confirmation process through the official QURYOS DM flow.

Only one verified Q-POINT may be earned per eligible day, regardless of how many times the same post is shared.

Participants must earn 5/5 verified Q-POINTS from Monday to Friday to unlock that week’s QURYWARDS™.

Q-POINTS apply only to the week in which they are earned. They expire every Friday and do not roll over.

QURYWARDS™ open at 6:00PM West Africa Time every Friday and closes at 7:00PM West Africa Time, unless QURYOS publishes a different time in advance.

The first five qualified participants to complete a valid QURYWARDS™ claim may each receive ₦10,000 airtime.

The submission time recorded by the official QURYOS ManyChat system will determine the order in which claims were received.

If two or more claims appear to have been submitted at the same time, the order recorded by the QURYOS system will apply.

Once all five valid QURYWARDS™ places have been claimed, no further rewards will be available for that week.

If fewer than five people complete valid claims, any unused reward places or amounts will not automatically roll over into another week.

QURYWARDS™ means an airtime reward sent to a valid Nigerian mobile number. It does not mean cash paid into a bank account.

Participants must provide the correct phone number and mobile network within the stated claim period.

QURYOS is not responsible for failed airtime delivery caused by an incorrect phone number, incorrect network selection or other incorrect information supplied by the participant.

Each participant may use only one Instagram account and one phone number for QURYWARDS™.

Duplicate accounts, linked accounts or attempts by one person to claim more than once may lead to disqualification.

Private Instagram accounts cannot participate due to an inability to verify shares

Stories shared only to a Close Friends list do not count.

Deleted, hidden, incomplete, duplicate, altered, manipulated or unverifiable shares do not count.

Sharing a post does not guarantee a reward. A participant must complete every published requirement and successfully claim one of the available QURYWARDS™ places.

QURYWARDS™ rules will not be changed retrospectively after the applicable QURYWARDS™ week has begun, except where a change is reasonably required because of fraud, abuse, law, platform failure or a technical problem outside QURYOS control.

QURYWARDS™ FULFILLMENT

QURYWARDS™ are fulfilled only to confirmed eligible recipients after the applicable process has ended.

To fulfil airtime rewards, QURYOS may request the minimum information needed to deliver the reward, including the recipient’s phone number and mobile network.

QURYOS does not request bank details, card details, passwords, OTPs, BVN, PINs or identity documents for airtime reward fulfilment.

If a recipient cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated time, provides incorrect fulfilment details or is found to have broken the rules, QURYOS may cancel or reassign the reward at its discretion.

Unclaimed QURYWARDS™ do not automatically roll over into another week.

TERMS

By participating in any QURYOS free game, paid game, QURYOS+ or QURYWARDS™ activity, participants agree to follow the rules stated on QURYOS posts, stories, website pages, DM flows and other official QURYOS channels.

QURYOS may update future games, membership features, release schedules, reward amounts and participation rules. Material changes will apply to future participation unless an immediate change is reasonably required because of fraud, abuse, law, platform failure or a technical problem outside QURYOS control.

Participants must act fairly. Spam, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, impersonation, manipulation, harassment, unauthorised sharing of paid content or any attempt to abuse the QURYOS system may lead to disqualification or loss of access.

One person may not use multiple Instagram accounts or phone numbers to claim QURYWARDS™.

QURYOS decisions on access, eligibility, verification, scores, STREAKS, badges, QURYWARDS™ fulfilment are final, subject to any rights available to participants under applicable law.

QURYOS is not responsible for Instagram outages, DM delays, internet issues, payment-processing delays, incorrect participant details, missed notifications or technical errors outside its control.

QURYOS uses independent third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Paystack. Their services are governed by their own terms and availability, and their use does not mean that they sponsor or endorse QURYOS.

Paid QURYOS+ membership does not guarantee any airtime, cash payment or reward.
